Deadlift max: 5 X 315 lbs = 140 kgs
Squat max: 10 X 230 lbs = 104 kgs
Push ups: 150 in one go

"I generally consume around 2500 calories on average (sometimes more, sometimes less). On and off I do eat overts with my evening salads within 811rv limits. As far as workouts go; I do a lot of power lifting, but also very high rep body weight exercises, and light long runs to recently full on sprints. I’ve increased strength, endurance, and speed more than beyond what my initial goals were on this diet and I'm striving for more."
